except employees of BodyPerfect Pte Ltd, FacePerfect Pte Ltd

agencies, printers, and their immediate
families are eligible for the voucher
redemption.
2) Incomplete entries will be
disqualified.
3) All participants must complete a
consultation at a FacePerfect centre in
order to be eligible to receive the
voucher and free trial.
4) All participants are required to
present identification upon receiving
and redeeming the voucher.
5) All vouchers are only redeemable
for FacePerfect products and services
and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6) This offer may be terminated by
